What are the payment methods available to me?

You can pay using a credit card or PayPal card safely and quickly. For shipments to Italy, you can also pay cash on delivery directly to the courier upon delivery of the goods. How can I make the return of the product?

Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund. The return collection will be organized directly by us according to the shipping area. The refund will be made on the same payment method used during the purchase; repayment schedules vary on the basis of lenders. Only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded; any shipping costs or other additional services will not be refunded.

How is the refund made?
